本文通过以大学文化与党建工作的共同点为前提，围绕着新时期大学文化如何为党建工作提供载体作探讨，进一步阐述党建与大学文化互促共融的重要性———只有将党建与大学文化进行有机的结合，并利用新的有效形式和途径来促进党建对大学文化的引领作用，才能在大学校园形成具有浓厚文化底蕴的高校党建工作新阵地。
本文通過以大學文化與黨建工作的共同點為前提，圍繞著新時期大學文化如何為黨建工作提供載體作探討，進一步闡述黨建與大學文化互促共融的重要性———隻有將黨建與大學文化進行有機的結閤，併利用新的有效形式和途徑來促進黨建對大學文化的引領作用，纔能在大學校園形成具有濃厚文化底蘊的高校黨建工作新陣地。
본문통과이대학문화여당건공작적공동점위전제，위요착신시기대학문화여하위당건공작제공재체작탐토，진일보천술당건여대학문화호촉공융적중요성———지유장당건여대학문화진행유궤적결합，병이용신적유효형식화도경래촉진당건대대학문화적인령작용，재능재대학교완형성구유농후문화저온적고교당건공작신진지。
Based on the similarities between university culture and Party construction, revolving around how university culture provides a carrier for Party construction in the new period, this paper further expounds the importance of the mutual promotion and integration of Party construction and university culture. Only through combining Party construction with university culture and using new and effective forms and approaches to promote the guiding role of Party construction for university culture, can a new position with profound cultural deposits for university Party con-struction be formed on university campus.
