水泥窑协同处置作为新型的生产技术，能使水泥生产与废弃物处置相结合，实现废弃物的资源化、减量化、无害化处置，成为构建资源节约型与生态友好型城市的有效途径。本文对水泥窑协同处置与废弃物专业处理厂进行了比较，分析了水泥窑协同处置废弃物的优势，以及在此过程中实现的碳减排效应，指出在北京周边保留合理数量的水泥企业成为一种必要的城市需求。

As a new technology ,cement kilns co -processing combines cement production and waste disposal together to realize the aims of reusing the waste ,decreasing the amount and eliminating the poisons completely and it has become into an effective way to deal with the municipal waste disposal .This article compares the difference between the co-processing and the waste disposal factories ,illustrates the benefits of co -processing ,introduces how co -processing realizes carbon reduction and points out that it is necessary to keep some cement kiln factories around Beijing .
