传统的起重机防倾翻解决方法是采用力矩限制器检测起重机所吊载的质量及起重臂角度等,通过实际载荷与额定载荷相比,从而进行安全报警及控制。文中提出了一种工程机械主动平衡分析方法,确定稳定临界点,控制算法中应该尽量避免负载分布到达这种状态;再通过计算工程起重机的4个支腿的受力情况,以此作为直接负载平衡判定依据,并进行仿真。

The traditional way to prevent crane rollover is to use the moment limiter to detect the mass lifted by the crane and cargo boom angle, etc., and to realize safety alarm and control by comparing the actual load and rated load.The paper puts forward an active balance analysis method for engineering machineries.The stable critical point is determined so that the load distribution that can lead to the critical point shall be avoided in the control algorithm;the force-bearing condi-tions of four legs are estimated for the engineering crane, which is taken as the determination basis of the direct loading bal-ance for simulation.
