高职院校思政实践教学体系构建有其必要性和可行性，本着有利于思政教育的延续性、系统性与有效性原则，成立思政实践教学体系领导和工作机构、健全规章制度、优化思政教师队伍、建立有效的实践教学评价标准等措施和途径，有利于构建思政实践教学体系，以达到高职院校思政教育全员育人的教学宗旨。

It is necessary and feasible to construct the ideological and political practice teaching system in higher vocational col-leges. In line with the continuity, systematization and effective-ness of ideological and political education, this paper proposes some measures and approaches, such as establishing leading and working organizations for ideological and political practice teach-ing system, improving rules and regulations, optimizing ideologi-cal and political teaching staff, and establishing an effective stan-dard for practice teaching evaluation. The aim is to construct a ideological and political practice teaching system and achieve the goal of whole-staff education in higher vocational ideological and political education.
