基于振动试验要求, 设计了一款新型汽车组合开关的振动试验夹具. 为了对夹具进行质量校核,运用ANSYS软件对夹具进行有限元模态分析, 通过振动试验获得试验模态参数并与有限元模态分析对比,试验结果证明该夹具的设计可靠, 可为其他车型组合开关振动试验夹具的设计提供参考.

Based on the requirements of vibration test, for a new type fixture for vibration test of a car combina-tion switch, the significances and purpose of vibration test, the function and general requirements, principle process and the method of manufacturing technology of the fixture are discussed.Through the structure design of the fixture in vibration test, the structure features and material of the fixture, as well as weight calculation, and finite element modal analysis were described by ANSYS software.Then, testing modal parameters are obtained through vibration test, and compared with the finite element analysis modal.The design of the fixture is proved to be reliable, and can supply a reference for other type combination switch for vibration test.
