为提高点火药的点火能力 ,降低其吸湿性 ,采用 Mg-Al合金粉为可燃剂 ,高氯酸钾(KClO4 )为氧化剂 ,硝化棉(NC)为燃烧性能调节剂 ,制备了 Mg-Al/NC高能点火药 ,并对其性能进行分析.研究结果表明 :Mg-Al合金粉、NC可较大程度提高点火药的点火能力 ,Mg-Al/NC 高能点火药与黑火药相比爆热增加约100% ,比容增加约30% ,固体残渣率增加约 30% ,火焰感度、撞击感度和摩擦感度有所下降 ,吸湿性降低.

In order to improve the ignition ability of ignition composition and reduce its hygroscopicity , the Mg-Al alloy powder was used as the combustible agent ,potassium perchlorate (KClO4 ) was used as the oxygenant and nitrocellulose (NC) was used as the combustion performance regulator ,the Mg-Al/NC high-energy ignition powder was prepared and its performance was analyzed .The results showed that Mg-Al alloy powder and NC could greatly improve the ignition ability of ignition composition .Compared with black powder ,explosion heat of Mg-Al/NC high-energy ignition composition ,increased about 100% ,spe-cific volume increased about 30% ,and solid residue rate increased about 30% ,and the flame sensitivity , impact sensitivity ,friction sensitivity and hygroscopicity decreased .
