通过力学分析得出下挠度计算公式,将设计的3种主梁拱度曲线与主梁下挠度公式复合得出各情况下换料机定位偏差的数学模型,分析比较表明:3种主梁拱度曲线情况下换料机的定位偏差均在其允许范围内,但正弦曲线偏差值最小,最适合作为换料机主梁的上拱度曲线函数。

The deflection calculation equation is obtained through mechanical analysis, and the designed three girder camber curves and the girder lower flexibility are combined to develop the numerical model of the positioning deviation of the refueling machine.The analysis and comparison show that the positioning deviations of the refueling machine in the case of three girder camber curves are within the allowable scope.However, the sinusoid curve has the minimum deviation, which is the perfect option as the camber curve function of the main girder of the refueling machine.
