采用扩散渗析法处理树脂酸洗液,进行硫酸回收和杂质分离的实验研究。整个实验考察了扩散渗析装置料液流量、水流量与料液流量比及料液酸度对硫酸回收率的影响,并用公式进行验算。结果表明,采用扩散渗析器具有良好的分离性能,料液流量为10 mL/min ,蒸馏水流量10.5 mL/min ,酸度为51.6~95.4 g/L时,酸回收率均在70%以上,金属离子截留率也基本在90%以上,较好的实现了酸与杂质的分离以及酸的回收。
採用擴散滲析法處理樹脂痠洗液,進行硫痠迴收和雜質分離的實驗研究。整箇實驗攷察瞭擴散滲析裝置料液流量、水流量與料液流量比及料液痠度對硫痠迴收率的影響,併用公式進行驗算。結果錶明,採用擴散滲析器具有良好的分離性能,料液流量為10 mL/min ,蒸餾水流量10.5 mL/min ,痠度為51.6~95.4 g/L時,痠迴收率均在70%以上,金屬離子截留率也基本在90%以上,較好的實現瞭痠與雜質的分離以及痠的迴收。
채용확산삼석법처리수지산세액,진행류산회수화잡질분리적실험연구。정개실험고찰료확산삼석장치료액류량、수류량여료액류량비급료액산도대류산회수솔적영향,병용공식진행험산。결과표명,채용확산삼석기구유량호적분리성능,료액류량위10 mL/min ,증류수류량10.5 mL/min ,산도위51.6~95.4 g/L시,산회수솔균재70%이상,금속리자절류솔야기본재90%이상,교호적실현료산여잡질적분리이급산적회수。
The diffusion dialysis method is used to treat resin acid lotion and this process is employed to recycling H2 SO4 and impurities from the mineral acid wastewater .The effects of the liquid flow ,flow rate ratio(Qk/Qy )of diffusion dialysis and acidity into consideration on sulfuric acid recovery rate are investigated and the formula is used to calculate .The results show that it is satisfying by using diffusion dialysis ,when under the conditions of the liquid flow 10 mL/min ,the distilled water flow 10 .5 mL/min and acidity 51 .6~95 .4 g/L ,the recovery rate of acid can reach above 70% and the valuable metals recovery rate can also reach more than 90% ,which achieves the results of separation of acid and impurities and acid recycling .
