针对低透气性煤层对拉工作面上隅角瓦斯经常超限的问题,提出了高位钻孔技术,通过实验室相似模拟试验及现场工业性试验,确定了高位钻孔的技术参数。现场应用表明,高位钻孔瓦斯抽采效果显著,对拉工作面绝对瓦斯涌出量由7.342 m3/min降至3.472 m3/min ,工作面回风巷瓦斯浓度稳定在0.4%左右,上隅角未发生瓦斯超限现象,工作面瓦斯抽采率达57.7%。
針對低透氣性煤層對拉工作麵上隅角瓦斯經常超限的問題,提齣瞭高位鑽孔技術,通過實驗室相似模擬試驗及現場工業性試驗,確定瞭高位鑽孔的技術參數。現場應用錶明,高位鑽孔瓦斯抽採效果顯著,對拉工作麵絕對瓦斯湧齣量由7.342 m3/min降至3.472 m3/min ,工作麵迴風巷瓦斯濃度穩定在0.4%左右,上隅角未髮生瓦斯超限現象,工作麵瓦斯抽採率達57.7%。

Aimed at the low gas permeability coal seam double-unit face upper corner gas often overrun ,high level borehole layout parameters are determined based on laboratory similarity test and field experiment .The practice shows that this technol-ogy is obviously effective ,the absolute gas emission in working face is reduced from 7 .342 m3/min to 3 .472 m3/min ,air gas concentration is stabilized at about 0 .4% ,the upper corner gas has not been over limited and the working face extraction rate can reach 57 .7% .
