为提高大型设备对中精度与对中效率,提出一种大型设备多自由度自动对中方法。该方法基于直线对中思想,通过增加标靶距离对偏差信息进行放大,获取高精度姿态偏差,从而解决端面对中精度不足的问题。通过采用内置CCD接收模块观测仪对标靶进行拍照及图像识别来获取对接设备与目标设备间的偏差信息,由控制系统解算后,控制执行机构完成姿态调整,直至对接设备与目标设备完成对中,全过程一键自动完成。介绍了自动对中方法的特点与工作原理,阐述了基于该方法的系统组成与支撑技术,对该方法的应用与发展前景进行了说明与展望。

To improve the centering precision and efficiency of large-scale equipment, an automatic centering method with multiple degrees of freedom is proposed in the paper.The method is used to increase the deviation by increasing the target distance, obtain the highly precise attitude deviation, to solve the problem of insufficient centering precision.The built-in CCD receiving module viewer is used to photograph the marker and identify the image to get the deviation informa-tion between the docking equipment and the target equipment;the deviation is solved by the control system, and the con-trolled actuator is used to make the attitude adjustment, until the centering is realized between the docking equipment and the target equipment.The entire process is completed automatically by pressing one key.The paper introduces the charac-teristics and working principle of the automatic centering method, describes the system composition and support technologies based on the method, and states the application and development prospect of the method.
