目的:检测子宫内膜异位性疾病患者子宫内膜组织中表皮生长因子受体( EGFR)和上皮间质转化相关蛋白钙黏附蛋白E(E-cadherin)、波形蛋白(vimentin)及snail的表达,探讨其意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测23例子宫腺肌病患者的在位及异位内膜组织(腺肌病在位组及异位组)、19例子宫内膜异位症患者的异位内膜组织(异位症组)、20例子宫肌瘤患者的正常内膜组织(对照组) EGFR、snail、E-cadherin、vimentin表达,分析异位子宫内膜组织(异位症组及腺肌病异位组) E-cadherin和vimentin表达的相关性。结果异位症组EGFR阳性表达率(10.52%)低于对照组(40.00%),腺肌病异位组(82.61%)、在位组(56.52%)及异位症组(78.95%)内膜组织snail阳性表达率均高于对照组(55.00%),异位症组(15.79%)和腺肌病异位组(30.43%)内膜组织E-cadherin阳性表达率低于对照组(60.00%),异位症组(89.47%)及腺肌病异位组(86.96%)vimentin阳性表达率均高于对照组(65.00%);各组比较,P均<0.05。异位子宫内膜组织(异位症组及腺肌病异位组) E-cadherin和vimentin表达呈负相关(r=-0.372,P<0.05)。结论子宫内膜异位性疾病患者子宫内膜组织EGFR、E-cadherin 表达下调, snail、vimentin表达上调,上述因子的表达变化可能参与子宫内膜异位性疾病的发生。

목적:검측자궁내막이위성질병환자자궁내막조직중표피생장인자수체( EGFR)화상피간질전화상관단백개점부단백E(E-cadherin)、파형단백(vimentin)급snail적표체,탐토기의의。방법채용면역조화SP법검측23례자궁선기병환자적재위급이위내막조직(선기병재위조급이위조)、19례자궁내막이위증환자적이위내막조직(이위증조)、20례자궁기류환자적정상내막조직(대조조) EGFR、snail、E-cadherin、vimentin표체,분석이위자궁내막조직(이위증조급선기병이위조) E-cadherin화vimentin표체적상관성。결과이위증조EGFR양성표체솔(10.52%)저우대조조(40.00%),선기병이위조(82.61%)、재위조(56.52%)급이위증조(78.95%)내막조직snail양성표체솔균고우대조조(55.00%),이위증조(15.79%)화선기병이위조(30.43%)내막조직E-cadherin양성표체솔저우대조조(60.00%),이위증조(89.47%)급선기병이위조(86.96%)vimentin양성표체솔균고우대조조(65.00%);각조비교,P균<0.05。이위자궁내막조직(이위증조급선기병이위조) E-cadherin화vimentin표체정부상관(r=-0.372,P<0.05)。결론자궁내막이위성질병환자자궁내막조직EGFR、E-cadherin 표체하조, snail、vimentin표체상조,상술인자적표체변화가능삼여자궁내막이위성질병적발생。
Objective To investigate the expression of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and the related pro-teins including E-cadherin , vimentin and snail of epithelial-mesenchymal transition ( EMT ) in endometrial tissues of pa-tients with endometriosis and adenomyosis .Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was employed to detect the expres-sion of EGFR, snail, E-cadherin and vimentin in 23 specimens of eutopic and ectopic endometrial tissues in patients with adenomyosis ( eutopic and ectopic group of adenomyosis ) , 19 specimens of ectopic endometrial tissues in patients with en-dometriosis ( endometriosis group ) and 20 specimens of normal endometrium in patients with uterine myoma ( control group).The correlation between E-cadherin and vimentin expression in the endometrial tissues of patients with endometrio-sis and adenomyosis ( endometriosis group and ectopic group of adenomyosis ) was analyzed .Results The positive rate of EGFR expression in the endometriosis group (10.52%) was lower than that of the control group (40.00%) (P<0.05);the positive rate of snail expression in the endometrial tissue of eutopic (56.52%) and ectopic (82.61%) group of adeno-myosis, endometriosis group (78.95%) was higher than that of the control group (55.00%) (all P<0.05);the positive rate of E-cadherin expression in the endometrial tissue of endometriosis group (15.79%) and ectopic group of adenomyosis (30.43%) was lower than that of the control group (60.00%) (P<0.05);and the positive rate of vimentin expression in the endometrial tissue of endometriosis group (89.47%) and ectopic group of adenomyosis (86.96%) was higher than that of the control group (65.00%) (all P<0.05).The expression of E-cadherin and vimentin in the ectopic endometrial tissue (endometriosis group and ectopic group of adenomyosis ) was negatively correlated (γ=-0.372, P <0.05). Conclusion The expression of EGFR and E-cadherin is down-regulated while the expression of snail and vimentin is up-regulated in the endometrial tissues of patients with endometriosis and adenomyosis , which indicate that the above expres-sion changes may involve in the occurrence of edometriosis and adenomyosis .
