研究从采出水中分离3株TPHs及SS优势降解菌株,经鉴定分别为枯草芽孢杆菌、多食鞘氨醇杆菌和荧光假单胞菌。通过降解特性研究得出复合菌群处理采出水的最佳曝气时间为6 h ,最适温度35℃,最适pH为7.5。复合菌群处理的采出水,出水水质稳定,其中TPHs去除率维持在95%左右,SS去除率维持在90%左右,出水已不具有腐蚀性,基本达到了油田采出水回注或排放的行业和国家标准。

Three dominant strains of TPHs and SS are separated from oilfield produced water and they are Bacillus subtilis , Sphingobacterium multivorum and Pseudomonas fluorescens .Characteristics of compound bacteria are studied by indoor ex-periment and it is found that the optimal aeration processing time is 6 h ,optimal degradation temperature is 35 ℃ and opti-mal pH is 7 .5 .After treatment by the compound bacteria ,the effluent water is stable ,TPHs removal rate maintains around 95% ,SS removal rate about 90% and the effluent has no causticity ,which basically reaches the industrial or national stan-dard of water reinjection or discharge of oilfield produced water .
