采用溶胶-凝胶法制备掺钒TiO2光催化剂,在不同条件下通过对甲醛废水进行光催化降解实验来研究催化剂活性影响因素,确定最佳实验条件。对失活后催化剂用不同方法进行再生,对再生效果进行分析比较。结果表明在10 g/L掺钒TiO2作为催化剂,甲醛初始质量浓度为50 mg/L ,空气流量为0.15 m3/h ,65 W节能灯照射条件下甲醛废水降解效率最高为88.5%。4种再生方法中,高温焙烧和酸洗再生效果较好,再生率接近90%。

The V-doped TiO2 photocatalyst have been prepared by Sol-Gel method .Its catalyst activity affecting factors are studied through the photocatalytic degradation of formaldehyde wastewater under different conditions to determine the op-timal experimental conditions .The deactivated catalyst is regenerated with different methods to analyze and compare the re-generation effect .The results show that ,with conditions of the 10 g/L V-doped TiO2 as catalyst ,initial concentration of formaldehyde to 50 mg/L ,air flow rate 0 .15 m3/h ,65 W fluorescent lamp ,the photocatalytic activity is better ,with formaldehyde wastewater degradation efficiency up to 88 .5% .As for four kinds of regeneration methods ,high temperature roasting and acid regeneration effect is better and their regeneration rate is close to 90% .
