研究生培养是国家获得高层次人才的重要途径。本文以课程体系为核心主线，以管理建制为重要手段，探讨了一级学科下的研究生培养模式，给出了一种更适合创新型研究生培养的机制。该机制能在知识体系上体现“稳定性”和“变化性”密切结合的理念，是对研究生培养能更加适应学科发展规律和社会进步需要的一种探索和尝试。

Postgraduate cultivation is an important way of our country to get high-level talents. With curriculum system as the main line and management system construction as an important means, this paper explores the postgraduate cultivation mode un-der first-level disciplines, and gives a system more suitable for innovative postgraduate cultivation. The system reflects the con-cept with the close combination of "stability" and "variability", and it is an exploration and attempt to make postgraduate culti-vate more suitable for discipline development rules and social progress.
