The rapid development of tourism industry and the emerging of its new operation types call for a higher requirement for the training of tourism talents.In view of the new requirement with regards to the innovation and entrepreneurship for the tourism management students, this paper sets forth the problems in innovation entre-preneurship of these students from the perspectives of innovation consciousness, innovation capability and innova-tion knowledge system, and provides the countermeasures accordingly.
