高校旅游管理实验室建设是培养应用型、创新型旅游管理专业人才的重要环节. 以滨州学院为例,在深入剖析高校旅游管理专业实验室建设现存问题基础上,提出了完善多元投资机制、科学构建旅游管理专业实验教学新体系、加强"双师型"实验教学师资建设、重视实验室文化软环境建设等对策.

Tourism management major has strong applicability.The construction of tourism management la-boratory is an important part of training applied and innovative tourism management talents.Taking Binzhou Univer-sity as an example, basing on the analysis of the existing problems in the laboratory construction of tourism manage-ment, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on improving the laboratory construction, such as improving the investment mechanism, establishing the new experimental teaching system of tourism management, strengthening the construction of "double qualification" experimental teaching, and paying attention to the con-struction of laboratory soft environment.
