以羧甲基纤维素(CMC)为稠化剂,以聚氯化铝(PAC)为交联剂,以葡萄糖酸-δ-内酯(GDL)为促凝剂,采用共混的方法配备聚氯化铝(PAC)/羧甲基纤维素(CMC)复合胶体.试验研究了复合胶体达到稳定状态过程中的 pH 值的变化规律,复合胶体达到稳定状态需要的时间以及复合胶体稳定后的性质.试验结果表明,当混合物的 pH 为4.2左右时复合胶体达到稳定状态;葡萄糖酸-δ-内酯(GDL)含量变化对复合胶体达到稳定所用时间有显著影响.复合胶体性质表明其适用于煤矿防灭火.

Taking the carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC)as the viscosifying agent,the poly a-luminum chloride (PAC)as the cross linking agent,the glucose acid-delta lactones (GDL)as the coagulant,the compound gel comprising of PAC and CMS was prepared by adopting blending method. In the process of the compound gel reaching the steady condition,the variation law of pH value was obtained,and the spent time of the compound gel reaching steady condition and the properties of stabilized compound gel were concluded. The experimental results indicate that the compound gel reaches the steady condition when the pH value of mixture is about 4.2;the GDL content has a significant effect on the spent time of compound gel reaching steady condition;the properties of compound gel show that compound gel can be used to prevent and extinguish the fire in the coal mine.
