National governance system modernization is an important content of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics, the construction of service-oriented party organizations at the grass-roots level is the foundation of the national management system of modern engineering. National governance system modernization puts forward new requirements on construction of service-oriented party organizations at the grass-roots level, therefore, under the new situation, we should rely on the construction of a service-oriented party organization to push on the modernization of the national governance system, so as to promote the modernization construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
