以21例综放工作面液压支架工作阻力实测数据为基础,采用单因素回归,分析了支架工作阻力与煤层埋深、煤体硬度和顶煤厚度的关系;利用多元线性和非线性回归分析,分析支架工作阻力与煤层埋深、煤体硬度和顶煤厚度之间的统计关系式,最后结合现场监测对统计公式进行了验证。结果表明线性和非线性统计公式均能预测支架最大工作阻力,但线性统计公式具有较高的预测能力。

Based on 21 sets of measured data of working resistance of hydraulic support in fully mechanized caving face,the relationship between working resistance of support and mining depth,pillar strength,thickness of top coal were respectively analyzed by single factor regres-sion,and the statistical relations were analyzed by multivariable linear and non-linear regression analysis,finally the relations were tested by field monitoring. The results showed that the linear and non-linear relations could both predict the maximum working resistance of support,but the linear one had a greater ability.
