针对某硝酸四合一机组在试车过程中存在的工作转速下氧化氮压缩机进气侧振动不断爬升导致机组失稳问题,本文通过采用现场测试结合振动图谱方法,分析可知NOx压缩机的管道应力对机组振动的影响非常明显,是管道应力不均引起的机组异常振动.采用现场释放管道应力的方法,最终将该氧化氮压缩机进气侧振动稳定控制在40微米左右,满足机组正常生产运行.

According to the problem of unit instability caused by the continually increasing vibration of the nitrogen oxide compressor inlet at the working speed during the test of four-in-one nitric acid unit,this paper adopted the method of vibration spectrum analysis and field test,finding that the unevenness pipe stress had obviously influence to the nitrogen oxide compressor vibration.Adopting the method of releasing pipe stress,the value of vibration was around 40 μ m for NOx compressor and the unit could operate normally.
