针对东滩煤矿4312综放工作面所采煤层可注水孔隙率较低,导水性较差的情况,在煤层脉动注水机理分析的基础上,开展高压脉冲式煤层注水,根据工作面超前支承压力及极限平衡区宽度确定注水超前距离及终止注水超前距离,并设计了脉冲式高压注水系统。现场试验表明,4312综放工作面煤层水分平均增加量达到1.197%,有效湿润半径达到15 m ,工作面各工序的平均降尘效率超过40%,注水效果明显优于同矿区同煤层静压注水和动压注水效果。
針對東灘煤礦4312綜放工作麵所採煤層可註水孔隙率較低,導水性較差的情況,在煤層脈動註水機理分析的基礎上,開展高壓脈遲式煤層註水,根據工作麵超前支承壓力及極限平衡區寬度確定註水超前距離及終止註水超前距離,併設計瞭脈遲式高壓註水繫統。現場試驗錶明,4312綜放工作麵煤層水分平均增加量達到1.197%,有效濕潤半徑達到15 m ,工作麵各工序的平均降塵效率超過40%,註水效果明顯優于同礦區同煤層靜壓註水和動壓註水效果。

According to low porosity and poor conductivity of coal seam in 4312 fully mechanized caving face ,high pressure pulse water infusion was carried out in Dongtan Coal Mine .Advance distance of water injection and termination of advanced water injection distance were determined according to mine pressure and the high pressure pulse water infusion system was designed .Field test showed that coal moisture was increased by 1 .197% on average ,effective wetting radius reaching up to 15 m and the average dust efficiency of every process in mechanized caving face exceeding 40% ,and so the effect of water injection was better than static pressure and dynamic pressure water injection in the same coal seam in the same mining area .
