“周亡王九年”指的是“幽王死后九年”，两周之际没有出现过无王当政的时期。狭义的“二王并立”是指携王9年至携王被杀的12年时间，广义的“二王并立”是指幽王死后至携王被杀的21年时间。传世文献和《系年》简文的立场均认为平王为正统，后世史家整合史料时将平王元年前移了9年，这是导致《史记》中秦襄公纪年与《系年》简文不合的根本原因。
“週亡王九年”指的是“幽王死後九年”，兩週之際沒有齣現過無王噹政的時期。狹義的“二王併立”是指攜王9年至攜王被殺的12年時間，廣義的“二王併立”是指幽王死後至攜王被殺的21年時間。傳世文獻和《繫年》簡文的立場均認為平王為正統，後世史傢整閤史料時將平王元年前移瞭9年，這是導緻《史記》中秦襄公紀年與《繫年》簡文不閤的根本原因。
“주망왕구년”지적시“유왕사후구년”，량주지제몰유출현과무왕당정적시기。협의적“이왕병립”시지휴왕9년지휴왕피살적12년시간，엄의적“이왕병립”시지유왕사후지휴왕피살적21년시간。전세문헌화《계년》간문적립장균인위평왕위정통，후세사가정합사료시장평왕원년전이료9년，저시도치《사기》중진양공기년여《계년》간문불합적근본원인。

The later historians moved forward 9 years for the first year of the King Ping during the integration of historian materials. This is the root cause of the Qin Xianggong Calendar difference in <Records of the Grand Historian> and <Xi Nian>.
