In recent years, with the rapid growth of the hotel industry, issues regarding service staff such as insufficient workforce, frequent personnel flow, occupational fatigue and poor professional quality attract concerns inside the industry. The issues are caused as serving jobs are not high in the social scale, job seekers usually hold traditional employment ideas, and the management mechanism of most hotels is unsound. To improve the situation, hotels need to enhance publicity, help service staff build confidence and improve hotel management system. Service staff should shape correct value of taking a job and do the job in serious manners.
