目前国内在离心压缩机级或段中各部件的性能试验研究较少,本文对多级离心压缩机低压段首级叶轮的流场测量进行试验研究,计算叶轮和扩压器组合部件的性能,了解低压段首级内部流动情况,分析首级叶轮性能对低压段性能的影响.流场测试结果与数值计算进行对比验证,两种方法数据趋势相同,曲线大体吻合,说明数值计算比较准确.通过对叶轮及扩压器性能的试验研究,发现其在离心压缩机产品试验检测过程中,起到非常重要的作用.

Considering that relative experiments which the every parts of compressor in the stage are really rare in domestic researches,this paper carried out an experimental investigation for centrifugal compressor test beds with different impeller diameters and different structures.Besides,measuring methods for centrifugal impeller and diffuser performance have also been investigated in the present study.Flow condition inside the first stage of a low pressure cylinder has been measured for an industrial centrifugal compressor production,in order to analyze the internal flow of the first stage and the effect of the first stage impeller on the performance of the low pressure cylinder.Comparison of the experimental and numerical results has been made,which indicates that the CFD results are basically consistent with the measurements.It confirms the accuracy of numerical simulation and verifies the feasibility of flow measurement on multi-stage centrifugal compressor.According to the experimental study that mentioned above,it can be found that flow measurement of centrifugal impeller and diffuser plays a very important role in the measurement of industrial centrifugal compressor production.It has verified the accuracy of CFD results.Meanwhile,the experimental study can also provide references to promote the formation of aerodynamic performance diagnosis system for centrifugal compressor.
