价值观念是价值观的两种形态之一，可定义为关于某对象有何价值，以及应对之如何的定型看法。这种看法提供的是人在对象性活动中该如何选择的价值性知识，故能为人生实践提供指导。价值观念作为定型看法只能由句子表述，有评价性价值观念、指令性价值观念和因果性价值观念三种形式。虽然价值观念可以指导人生实践，但如果我们不能分辨其合理与不合理，不能了解价值观念的层级结构，则都将产生不利影响。弄清这两个问题的关键，在于从无以数计的众多价值观念中找到最大的价值观念，即关于什么是至善的观念，而铭记至善的观念和所有大善的观念，才能在总体上把握整个价值观念体系。

The value idea is one of two forms of the values , it can be defined as a stereotypical view on what values of an object and how to deal with it. This view provides how human chooses valuable knowledge in gegenstandliche activity.Thus, it can provide guidance for the practice of life. The value idea which is defined as a stereotypical view can only be expressed by the sentence, and it has three forms: the evaluative values, the mandatory values and the values of causality. Although the values can guide the practice of life, if we can not distinguish between the rational and irrational values ,and can not understand the hierarchy of the values, it will bring adverse effects. The key to understanding these two issues is that we should find the maximum values from countless values, namely, we should find what the concept of perfection is.And only bearing the concept of perfection and all great good in mind can we grasp the whole system of values in general.
