高职院校是我国高等教育机构体系中一个重要的组成部分,担负起培养实用性人才、技术性人才和创新性人才的任务,与整个社会经济的发展是密切相关的.随着我国高职院校职业教育规模的不断扩大,高职师资队伍表现出数量不足、结构不合理和质量不高等诸多问题,极大地影响着高职教育的教学效果.如何建设适应现代高职教育要求的专业教师队伍、以促进高职教师在综合能力方面的提高,使高职教师这个群体能顺应社会的发展并不断优化,成为当前亟待解决的问题.

Higher vocational coleges are important component of higher education institutions, shoulders the important task: cultivating practical talents and technical talents and innovative talents, and the whole society is closely related to the development of the economy. With the expansion of the scale of China's vocational education in higher vocational colleges, higher vocational teachers show the shortage, unreasonable structure and quality of many problems, greatly affects the teaching effect of higher vocational education. How can we adapt to the requirement of higher vocational education, improve teachers' comprehensive ability, make higher vocational teachers conform to the development of the society, and constantly optimized, become an urgent problem to be solved.
