从重庆文理学院2008-2014年的党委行政1号文件的视角，对学校培养应用型本科人才的办学历程进行梳理，文章从“应用为本”办学思想的确立、应用型人才体系的构建、“双能型”师资队伍建设推动学校应用转型等三个方面进行梳理，以期梳理出学校应用为本的办学思路和发展脉络。
從重慶文理學院2008-2014年的黨委行政1號文件的視角，對學校培養應用型本科人纔的辦學歷程進行梳理，文章從“應用為本”辦學思想的確立、應用型人纔體繫的構建、“雙能型”師資隊伍建設推動學校應用轉型等三箇方麵進行梳理，以期梳理齣學校應用為本的辦學思路和髮展脈絡。

This paper first reviews the education course of cultivating applied undergraduates from the perspective of No.1 file which was issued by the party committee in 2008-2014 of Chongqing University of Arts and Sciences. And then, it sorts out “ap-plication as the base”development path of Chongqing University of Arts and Sciences from the aspects of establishing the educa-tion ideology of “application as the base”, building the applied talents system and constructing the “double abilities” teaching staff.
