采用食品级净化磷酸(食品级PPA)以及热法磷酸分别制备了活性碳,并对比研究了两种活性碳对亚甲基蓝的吸附率、灰份含量、磷酸回收率、活性碳收率等参数,同时引入电子级磷酸为参照,结果表明:以两种磷酸为原料制备的活性炭产品对亚甲基蓝的吸附率、灰份含量、磷酸回收率、活性碳收率等参数相差不大,食品级PPA可以取代热法磷酸用于活性炭制备工业,但其中电子级磷酸对亚甲基蓝的吸附率及灰分大小表现出了优异的性能。

채용식품급정화린산(식품급PPA)이급열법린산분별제비료활성탄,병대비연구료량충활성탄대아갑기람적흡부솔、회빈함량、린산회수솔、활성탄수솔등삼수,동시인입전자급린산위삼조,결과표명:이량충린산위원료제비적활성탄산품대아갑기람적흡부솔、회빈함량、린산회수솔、활성탄수솔등삼수상차불대,식품급PPA가이취대열법린산용우활성탄제비공업,단기중전자급린산대아갑기람적흡부솔급회분대소표현출료우이적성능。
Activated carbon were prepared by food grade purified wet phosphoric acid ( food grade PPA ) and hot process phosphoric acid, respectively. The parameters, such as the adsorption rate of methylene blue, ash content, phosphate recycle rate and active carbon recycle rate, were compared between two active carbon. At the same time, the electronic grade phosphoric acid was used as reference. The results showed that difference between adsorption rate of methylene blue, ash content, phosphate recycle rate and active carbon recycle rate of the parameters of activated carbon products prepared with two kinds of phosphoric acid was little. Food grade PPA can be used to replace the hot process phosphoric acid for the preparation of activated carbon. But the adsorption rate of methylene blue and ash content prepared by the electronic grade phosphoric acid showed excellent performance.
