目的:探讨电子纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗术联合莫西沙星治疗支原体肺炎的疗效。方法选取2011-01—2015-04天津市海河医院呼吸科收治的支原体肺炎患者60例,按随机性原则分为治疗组及对照组,各30例。对照组给予莫西沙星抗感染,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上采用电子纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗术进行治疗,比较两组患者在临床症状、体征及胸部CT的改善情况。结果治疗组患者咳嗽持续时间(12.45±4.25)d、肺部体征消失时间(11.87±3.30)d、胸部CT病变吸收时间(13.86±3.12)d等方面均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论电子纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗术联合莫西沙星治疗支原体肺炎疗效显著,安全性高。

목적:탐토전자섬유지기관경폐포관세술연합막서사성치료지원체폐염적료효。방법선취2011-01—2015-04천진시해하의원호흡과수치적지원체폐염환자60례,안수궤성원칙분위치료조급대조조,각30례。대조조급여막서사성항감염,치료조재대조조치료적기출상채용전자섬유지기관경폐포관세술진행치료,비교량조환자재림상증상、체정급흉부CT적개선정황。결과치료조환자해수지속시간(12.45±4.25)d、폐부체정소실시간(11.87±3.30)d、흉부CT병변흡수시간(13.86±3.12)d등방면균현저단우대조조(P<0.05)。결론전자섬유지기관경폐포관세술연합막서사성치료지원체폐염료효현저,안전성고。
Objective To observe the clinical effecTof electronic fiber bronchoscope alveolar lavage combined with moxifloxacin in treatmentof mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods 60 patients with mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to the Pneumology Departmentof Haihe Hospital in Tianjin fromJanuary 2011 to April 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups:treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group .The patients in the control group received moxifloxacin therapy for anti-infection ,w hile the patients in the treatment group were given electronic fiber bronchoscope alveolar lavage combined with moxifloxacin .The improvementof clinical symptoms,physical signs and chest CT manifestation were compared between the two groups.Results The cough duration (12 .45 ± 4 .25 )d , pulmonary sign vanishing duration (11 .87 ± 3 .30 )d ,and chest CTpathological absorption duration (13 .86 ± 3 .12 )d of the patients in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those of the patients in the control group (P<0 .05 ). Conclusion E lectronic fiber bronchoscope alveolar lavage combined with moxifloxacin has significant curative effecTon mycoplasma pneumonia with high safety.
