用索式抽提的方法,研究了褐煤在四氢呋喃(THF)、正己烷和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)三种溶剂中和不同萃取时间下的萃取率,同时对褐煤在加入不同添加剂和经酸碱处理后的萃取率进行了研究。结果表明,褐煤在DMF溶剂中具有较高的萃取率,延长萃取时间、加入添加剂和酸碱处理都能提高煤样的萃取率。同时,采用正己烷、 THF和DMF溶剂进行分级萃取的方法,利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪( FTIR)为分析测试技术,对原煤、不同溶剂萃取物和残煤的组成和结构进行对比分析。结果表明,采用分级萃取可实现煤中有机成分的初步分离,煤样的有机物质包含饱和酯、长链烷烃、芳烃、醇和酚类物质。

THF, n-hexane and DMF were used to extract the small molecule compounds of Yunnan lignite by soxhlet extraction. The influences of extraction solvent, extraction time, additive, acid and alkali treatment on extraction rate were also studied. The extraction yield was higher in DMF, and more extraction time, additive, acid and alkali treatment were good for improving extraction yields. At the same time, to investigate the component and construction of coal, the lignite was extracted fractionally in succession with n-hexane, THF and DMF. The raw coal, extraction residue and extracts gained in each fraction were analyzed by FTIR. The results showed that preliminary separation of organic compounds in Yunnan lignite was realized by fractional extraction, and saturated esters, aliphatics, aromatics, alcohols and phenols were detected.
