目的：研究分析护理干预措施对甲状腺肿瘤患者术前焦虑的影响。方法选择我院2012年3月至2013年10月收治的需要进行手术的甲状腺肿瘤患者148例作为研究对象，随机将148例肿瘤患者分为干预组和对照组，每组74例。对照组采用常规护理措施，干预组在对照组的基础上采用护理干预措施，采用焦虑自评量表（SAS），抑郁自评量表（SDS）以及汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）对两组患者术前焦虑程度进行评分比较，并比较两组的手术的成功率。结果干预组术前SAS、SDS以及HAMA均显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；干预组手术的成功率为97.30%（72例），显著高于对照组的87.84%（65例），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论对甲状腺肿瘤患者术前实施护理干预措施，能够有效的减轻患者的负性心理，提高手术的成功率，值得在临床上广泛推广应用。
목적：연구분석호리간예조시대갑상선종류환자술전초필적영향。방법선택아원2012년3월지2013년10월수치적수요진행수술적갑상선종류환자148례작위연구대상，수궤장148례종류환자분위간예조화대조조，매조74례。대조조채용상규호리조시，간예조재대조조적기출상채용호리간예조시，채용초필자평량표（SAS），억욱자평량표（SDS）이급한밀이돈초필량표（HAMA）대량조환자술전초필정도진행평분비교，병비교량조적수술적성공솔。결과간예조술전SAS、SDS이급HAMA균현저우우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）；간예조수술적성공솔위97.30%（72례），현저고우대조조적87.84%（65례），차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론대갑상선종류환자술전실시호리간예조시，능구유효적감경환자적부성심리，제고수술적성공솔，치득재림상상엄범추엄응용。
ABSTRACT:Objective:to study the effect of nursing intervention on preoperative anxiety of patients with thyroid cancer. Methods: 148 cases of thyroid cancer patients treated in our hospital were selected as the research object, the control group was treated with routine nursing measures, the intervention group was treated with the control group, the self rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), self rating Depression Scale (SDS) and Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) were used to compare two groups of patients with preoperative anxiety, and the success rate of the two groups were compared. Results:HAMA, SDS and SAS in the intervention group were significantly better than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: preoperative nursing intervention measures for patients with thyroid tumor can effectively reduce the negative psychological, improve the success rate of operation, it is worth to be widely used in clinical practice.
