首先以魔芋葡甘聚糖为原料,制备羧甲基化魔芋葡甘聚糖( CKGM),然后在水介质中,以过硫酸钾为引发剂,引发羧甲基魔芋葡甘聚糖( CKGM)与甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵( DMC)接枝共聚,制备系列含阳离子季铵盐基团的CKGM-g-PDMC接枝共聚物,系统考察了反应条件对接枝共聚物接枝率( GR)和取代度( DS)的影响,与此同时,用FTIR对接枝共聚物结构进行了表征。
首先以魔芋葡甘聚糖為原料,製備羧甲基化魔芋葡甘聚糖( CKGM),然後在水介質中,以過硫痠鉀為引髮劑,引髮羧甲基魔芋葡甘聚糖( CKGM)與甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化銨( DMC)接枝共聚,製備繫列含暘離子季銨鹽基糰的CKGM-g-PDMC接枝共聚物,繫統攷察瞭反應條件對接枝共聚物接枝率( GR)和取代度( DS)的影響,與此同時,用FTIR對接枝共聚物結構進行瞭錶徵。

Konjak glucomannan was modified by carboxymethylation. Using potassium persulfate as initiator, a series of cationic polymers was prepared by grafting methacryloxyethyltrimethyl ammonium chloride ( DMC ) onto carboxymethyl konjac glucomannan in aqueous solution. The influences of reaction condition on the percentage of grafting ( GR) and degree of substitution ( DS) were investigated. Meanwhile, structures of the graft copolymers were characterized by FTIR.
