群众路线是党的根本工作路线,也是党的领导作风和工作方法。在党的群众路线的创立、形成和发展过程中,延安时期无疑是最为关键的历史时期。这一时期,中国共产党不仅从马克思主义认识论的高度对群众路线作出新的理论概括,第一次系统地、完整地阐述了党的群众观点,提出并系统地阐发了“从群众中来,到群众中去”的根本方法,而且对党与人民群众的关系、群众路线与思想路线的关系进行了新阐释,并将群众路线提升为党的根本路线,列为中国共产党的三大优良作风之一载入党章。认真研究延安时期党对群众路线的理论创新,对于深入开展群众路线教育实践活动有着重要现实意义。
群衆路線是黨的根本工作路線,也是黨的領導作風和工作方法。在黨的群衆路線的創立、形成和髮展過程中,延安時期無疑是最為關鍵的歷史時期。這一時期,中國共產黨不僅從馬剋思主義認識論的高度對群衆路線作齣新的理論概括,第一次繫統地、完整地闡述瞭黨的群衆觀點,提齣併繫統地闡髮瞭“從群衆中來,到群衆中去”的根本方法,而且對黨與人民群衆的關繫、群衆路線與思想路線的關繫進行瞭新闡釋,併將群衆路線提升為黨的根本路線,列為中國共產黨的三大優良作風之一載入黨章。認真研究延安時期黨對群衆路線的理論創新,對于深入開展群衆路線教育實踐活動有著重要現實意義。

The mass line is not only the fundamental work line of the Communist Party of China ( CPC) but its leadership style and work style as well. In the formation of the mass line, the period when the CPC headquarters was located in Yan’an undoubtedly plays the most important part. At that time, the CPC achieved a new theoretical understanding of the mass line from the perspective of Marx-ist epistemology:for the first time it systematically elaborated its notion of the mass line and proposed“from the mass and into the mass” as its principal working method. In addition, the CPC redefined the relationships between the party and the mass and between the mass line and the theoretical line, upgrading the mass line to the fundamental line of the party and listing it among the three fine work styles in the party constitution. Therefore, we have to carefully investigate the CPC’s theoretical inno-vations in its mass line during the Yan’an period, which has a lot of practical implications for deepe-ning the current mass line education.
