目的：研究分析肿瘤患者口腔炎的护理方法。方法选择在2013年1月至2014年5月入住我院接受治疗的228例恶性肿瘤患者作为研究对象。其中228例患者均全部出现口腔炎。将其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结论口腔炎的发生不仅影响患者的生存质量和对治疗的依从性，严重者还可导致治疗计划中断。本文介绍了化疗性口腔炎的发病机制及临床表现，并从增强营养、保持口腔清洁、应用黏膜保护剂等方面预防护理口腔炎。

ABSTRACT:Objective to study the nursing methods of patients with tumor stomatitis. Methods 228 cases of malignant tumor patients treated in our hospital from May 2014 to January 2013 were selected as the research object. Of which 228 cases were all stomatitis. the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Conclusion stomatitis occurred not only affect the patient's quality of life and on treatment compliance, serious person can also lead to an interruption of treatment planning. Is introduced in this paper. Chemotherapy induced stomatitis of pathogenesis and clinical manifestations, and from enhancing nutrition, maintain oral hygiene, application of mucosal protective agents such as prevention and nursing of stomatitis.
