茶皂素是一种天然的非离子型表面活性剂.系统研究茶皂素的表面张力及起泡性和泡沫稳定性,以及浓度、水质硬度、温度等因素对起泡性和泡沫稳定性的影响,同时比较不同表面活性剂的起泡性和泡沫稳定性.结果表明,茶皂素的临界胶束浓度在0.5%左右,此时茶皂素的表面张力大约为42.1 mN/m;和其他表面活性剂相比,茶皂素的起泡性和泡沫稳定性较强,受水质硬度影响很小,但温度过高,泡沫稳定性变差.

The saponins are natural non-ionic surfactants.Surface tension,foamability and foam stability of the saponins were studied.The surface tension test showed that the critical micelle concentration was about 0.5% and the minimum surface tension value was 42.1 mN/m.Foamability and foam stability of the sapo-nins were better than AES and 6501.They were hardly affected by water hardness.When the temperature was too high,the foam stability deteriorated.
