目的：探讨景观疗养为主的综合护理干预对癌痛患者疼痛的疗效。方法选取来广州军区广州疗养院疗养的60例癌痛患者，随机分成两组，对照组30例采用常规药物治疗，实验组30例则在常规药物治疗的基础上给予景观疗养、健康教育、心理护理、疼痛护理等干预方法，15 d后对比两组疗养员的疼痛程度、心理状态相关情况。结果实验组疗养后疼痛程度降低明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；且疗养后实验组患者焦虑、抑郁改善情况均明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论景观疗养为主的护理干预能有效降低患者疼痛程度，其作用机制可能与患者心理改善有关。
목적：탐토경관요양위주적종합호리간예대암통환자동통적료효。방법선취래엄주군구엄주요양원요양적60례암통환자，수궤분성량조，대조조30례채용상규약물치료，실험조30례칙재상규약물치료적기출상급여경관요양、건강교육、심리호리、동통호리등간예방법，15 d후대비량조요양원적동통정도、심리상태상관정황。결과실험조요양후동통정도강저명현우우대조조，차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)；차요양후실험조환자초필、억욱개선정황균명현우우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론경관요양위주적호리간예능유효강저환자동통정도，기작용궤제가능여환자심리개선유관。
Objective To probe into the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention with landscape convalescence on cancer pain .Methods 60 sufferers with cancer pain coming to our sanatoriumfor convalescence were randomly di-vided into two groups:control group and experimental group with 30 cases in each group .The control group were giv-en conventional drug treatment,w hile the experimental group were given interventions such as landscape convales-cence,health education,psychological nursing,and pain nursing on the basis of the conventional drug treatment.Af-ter15 days of comprehensive nursing intervention ,the correlation between pain level and psychological states was com-pared .Results After landscape convalescence,cancer pain in the experimental group was clearly lower than that in the control group ,with differences of statistical significance (P<0 .05 ).And the improvement state of anxiety and de-pression among the patients in the experimental group after landscape convalescence was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0 .05 ).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention with landscape convalescence inter-vention can effectively reduce cancer pain degree,whose mechanismof action may be related to the psychological im-provementof the sufferers.
