结合陕煤韩城矿业有限公司象山煤矿掘进工作面的条件与特点, 开发设计了2×1100/24/37型综掘面快速掘进临时支护支架组, 应用于象山矿井3号煤层12305综掘工作面巷道临时支护. 该支架组实现了综掘面临时机械化支护及快速推进, 保持了综掘面顶板的完整性, 提高了工作效率, 保证人员的安全, 使用效果良好.

This paper combined with Xiangshan Coal Mine of Shanxi Hancheng Mining Co., Ltd, conditions and characteris-tics, the 2×1100/24/37 rapid excavation and temporary support of support group is development and designed, used for tem-porary support in 3# 12305 mechanized excavation face of Xiangshan mine. The mechanical move of support group is real-ized by the moving cross-type. Through industrial test shows that the support group realized fully mechanized face mechanical support and rapid excavation, maintained the integrity of the roof of fully mechanized excavation face, completely replaced the traditional single prop, improved work efficiency, ensure the safety of personnel, the use effect is good.
