介绍了燃煤烟气含硫污染物和含氮污染物的主要存在形态及其生成机理,指出煤种、燃烧温度和燃烧气氛是影响各污染物存在形态的主要因素。为了简化燃煤烟气处理设备、降低成本,提出基于烟气循环流化床的多污染物一体化脱除工艺,并介绍改造循环流化床的两种方法:类气相预氧化技术和复合氧化剂喷入技术。改造后的循环流化床工艺对工业上的多污染物脱除具有参考价值。

The existing form and generation mechanism of sulfur-pollutant and nitric-pollutant were introduced. It was pointed out that the main factors to affect the existing form of multi-pollutant were coal-type, combustion temperature and combustion atmosphere. For simplified the flue gas treatment equipment and reduce the cost in coal fired plants, a new integrated removal multi-pollutant technology based on the flue gas circulation fluid bed ( CFB) was proposed. Two reform methods of circulation fluid bed could be helpful:gas phase pre-oxidation technology and complex oxidant injection technology. The reformed technology can provide reference for the integrated removal multi-pollutant in industry.
