选取二苯醚、氯磺酸、水合肼、氨水为原料,合成4,4-氧代双苯磺酰肼(OBSH)发泡剂.研究溶剂及原料配比、反应温度和反应时间等因素对产物收率的影响,并对以 OBSH 为发泡剂的 EVA 发泡材料进行力学性能的测试.在最佳反应条件下,OBSH 收率可达87.84%.OBSH 发泡剂添加量为8 Phr 时,EVA 发泡材料综合性能最优,其密度为0.155 g/cm3,硬度为54.8(Asker C),拉伸强度为3.15 MPa,断裂伸展率为323.0%.
選取二苯醚、氯磺痠、水閤肼、氨水為原料,閤成4,4-氧代雙苯磺酰肼(OBSH)髮泡劑.研究溶劑及原料配比、反應溫度和反應時間等因素對產物收率的影響,併對以 OBSH 為髮泡劑的 EVA 髮泡材料進行力學性能的測試.在最佳反應條件下,OBSH 收率可達87.84%.OBSH 髮泡劑添加量為8 Phr 時,EVA 髮泡材料綜閤性能最優,其密度為0.155 g/cm3,硬度為54.8(Asker C),拉伸彊度為3.15 MPa,斷裂伸展率為323.0%.

The diphenyl ether,chlorsulfonic acid ,ammonia and hydrazine hydrate were used as raw materi-alto to synthesize the foaming agent of OBSH by a new process.The effects of solvent,feed ratios,tem-perature and time on yield were studied,and the mechanical property of the EVA foaming by OBSH was tested.The yield of OBSH can be up to 87.84% by the best condition,while the amount of OBSH foaming agent was 8Phr,the comprehensive performance of the EVA foam material was most optimal,density as 0.155g/cm3 ,hardness as 54.8Asker C,breaking strength as 3.15Mpa,dicumyl peroxide as 323.0%.
