在中小学校长专业发展的研究中,有关校长专业发展阶段的探索并不多见。而校长专业发展阶段对于校长专业发展的走向,以及校长培训课程乃至校长专业标准的制定都有重要的影响作用。现有的关于校长专业发展阶段的研究主要分为三类:职业生命周期取向、专业技能发展取向以及专业技能与专业理解相结合的取向。基于对校长专业发展阶段的不同认识,各个国家和地区的校长专业发展标准也不尽相同。本文对文献中有关中小学校长专业发展阶段的三类理论取向进行梳理,并尝试结合相应的校长专业标准对不同的理论取向做深度分析。

Among the studies of principal professional development, the exploration of principal professional development stages is limited. However, principal professional development stage is a fundamental theoretical issue, which will affect the trend of principal professional development theory, the principal training courses and the establishment of principal professional standards. According to the literature review, the current principal professional development theories include vocational life-cycle approach, professional skills development approach and the approach of combining professional skills and professional understandings. The professional standards for primary and secondary school principals are varied based on the three different approaches about professional development stages. This paper would try to analyze the three approaches combining with related professional standards.
