某雷达高精度的慢波线组件,是由矩形波导传输线组成,它是波导裂缝阵列天线的馈电网络系统,其形成微波传输通路的馈电网络系统结构复杂,尺寸和位置精度高,常规的机械加工方法无法实现,故采用精密真空电子束焊的方式实现高精度连接,成型电性能部件定向耦合器和微波传输通道部件180°弯头,二者通过机械连接形成双慢波线组件,满足其结构设计和电性能的要求。

The slow-wave line component of one high-accuracy radar consists of a rectangular waveguide transmission line. It is a waveguide slot array antenna feed network system which can not be processed with normal machining method because of the complicated structure, high dimensional precision and position accuracy. So the precise vacuum electron beam welding is adopted. The directional coupler and microwave transmission channel parts with 180 degree angle are formed into double slow-wave line components by mechanical connection. This component can satisfy the requirement of structure design and electrical performance.
