利用双层石墨坩埚,模拟铁液滴下穿过炉渣的过程,主要研究渣中 MgO,Al2 O3质量分数对炉渣硫质量分数的影响,探索镁铝比与高炉渣硫质量分数的关系。结果表明渣中 MgO 质量分数由6%提高到12%时,炉渣脱硫能力逐渐提高,由12%提高到14%,脱硫能力逐渐降低;渣中 Al2 O3质量分数由9%提高到15%时,炉渣脱硫能力逐渐降低,但降低幅度较小,当 Al2 O3质量分数由15%提高到17%时,炉渣脱硫能力大大降低;MgO 质量分数小于12%,Al2 O3质量分数小于15%,提高炉渣镁铝比可以显著提高炉渣脱硫能力。

이용쌍층석묵감과,모의철액적하천과로사적과정,주요연구사중 MgO,Al2 O3질량분수대로사류질량분수적영향,탐색미려비여고로사류질량분수적관계。결과표명사중 MgO 질량분수유6%제고도12%시,로사탈류능력축점제고,유12%제고도14%,탈류능력축점강저;사중 Al2 O3질량분수유9%제고도15%시,로사탈류능력축점강저,단강저폭도교소,당 Al2 O3질량분수유15%제고도17%시,로사탈류능력대대강저;MgO 질량분수소우12%,Al2 O3질량분수소우15%,제고로사미려비가이현저제고로사탈류능력。
The desulfurization process When liquid iron dropped across slag using a double-deck crucible Was simulated to study the effect of MgO and Al2 O3 on the desulfurization capacity of slag and clarify the relationship betWeen w(MgO)/w(Al2 O3 )ratio and sulfur content in slag system. The results confirmed that desulfurization capacity increases gradually When the content of MgO increases from 6% to 12%,While further increases MgO content from 12% to 14% leading to the decrease of desulfurization capacity.The desulfurization capacity decreases slightly When Al2 O3 content increases from 9% to 15%,While further increase of Al2 O3 from 15% to 17% decreases the desulfurization capacity greatly.This study proposes that the desulfurization capacity of slag can be improved obviously by increasing w(MgO)/w(Al2 O3 )ratio When the content of MgO is less than 12% and content of Al2 O3 is less than 15%.
