本文通过对西山热电厂原有直流系统存在的问题和缺陷进行详细的研究和分析, 针对这些问题和缺陷, 提出了相应的切实可行的改造方案并付诸实施, 实际运行证明, 改造后的直流系统能详细准确地反映蓄电池组、 直流母线、 充电模块的运行工况, 绝缘监测系统能帮助运行人员快速地找到故障点并及时处理, 减少了安全隐患.

In this paper, the existing problems and defects of the original DC system in Xishan thermal power plant are studied and analyzed in detail, In view of these problems and defects, the corresponding feasible reform plan is put forward and put into practice. The actual operation shows that the system can reflect the operating conditions of the storage battery, DC bus and charging module in detail, insulation monitoring system can help the operator to find the fault point quickly, take measures in time and reduce the security risks.
