互联网对传统法律服务及组织管理产生冲击也带来机遇,积极响应这一变化就是要实现法律服务的创新,变革管理模式.法律服务创新的根本前提是认清法律服务本身专业性强、注重消费者体验等特性;通过服务产品化、专业化、可感化打造核心竞争力,有效利用信息技术积极营销,定位客户核心需求变化、实现消费者极致体验,创新法律服务商业模式,变革法律服务组织管理,拓展组织边界等路径实现.

This paper analyses the impact and opportunity on the traditional legal services and organization management in the internet, actively response to the change of the ultimate is to realize legal services innovation, change service management model.
