目的:探讨钼靶-超声联合应用在定性诊断含有微钙化灶的乳腺病变中的价值。方法回顾性分析117例微钙化乳腺病变的病理及影像学资料,分别根据钼靶、超声图像的特点对病例进行分组,将两种检查方法联合应用对病例重新分组,比较钼靶、超声、钼靶-超声联合诊断的灵敏度、特异度及符合率。结果钼靶诊断、超声诊断以及钼靶-超声联合诊断的特异度、符合率相似,但钼靶-超声联合诊断的灵敏度为97.33%,均高于钼靶诊断(89.33%)及超声诊断(81.33%)。结论对微钙化乳腺病变,钼靶-超声联合应用优于单一诊断,可提高诊断的灵敏度。

목적:탐토목파-초성연합응용재정성진단함유미개화조적유선병변중적개치。방법회고성분석117례미개화유선병변적병리급영상학자료,분별근거목파、초성도상적특점대병례진행분조,장량충검사방법연합응용대병례중신분조,비교목파、초성、목파-초성연합진단적령민도、특이도급부합솔。결과목파진단、초성진단이급목파-초성연합진단적특이도、부합솔상사,단목파-초성연합진단적령민도위97.33%,균고우목파진단(89.33%)급초성진단(81.33%)。결론대미개화유선병변,목파-초성연합응용우우단일진단,가제고진단적령민도。
Objective To explore the value of molybdenum-target photography combined with ultrasonography for the qualitative diagnosis of microcalcification mastopathy .Methods The pathologic and imaging data of 117 cases of microcalcification mastopathy were retrospectively analyzed .All cases were divided into different groups according to the image characteristics of molybdenum target photography or ultrasonography .Then the cases were regrouped according to the combination of two approaches .The sensitivity ,specificity and coincidence rate were compared among three approaches .Results There was no significant difference in the specificity or coincidence rate among three approaches.The sensitivity of combination of molybdenum-target photography and ultrasonography(97.33%) was high than that of molybdenum target photography(89.33%)or ultrasonography(81.33%).Conclusion For the diagnosis of microcalcification mastopathy,molybdenum-target photography combined with ultrasonography is superior to single one ,and can increase the sensitivity .
