在终辗温度范围为800~920℃、芯辊进给速度为0.3 mm/s~1.0 mm/s工艺条件下对Q345E风电法兰辗环过程进行多组试验,并应用光学显微镜观察不同条件下的组织形态。研究表明,Q345E锻坯在进行辗扩变形时,适当降低终辗温度利于带状组织的减弱,在终辗温度为800℃时得到较为理想的金相组织。提高辗环机芯辊进给速度使铁素体晶粒细化从而得到均匀组织。

Under the technological conditions of 800~920℃final rolling temperature and 0.3 mm/s~1.0 mm/s feed speed of core roller, the multiple tests for ring rolling process of Q345E flange have been performed.Meanwhile, the morphology of microstructures of different conditions have been observed by adopting the optical microscope .It shows that during rolling deformation process , properly reducing the final rolling temperature for Q 345E forging stock can be good for weakening of banded structure .When the final rolling temperature is 800℃, the comparatively ideal metallographic structure could be obtained .By increasing the feed speed of core roller of ring rolling machine , the fer-rite grain size could be refined to obtain the uniform microstructure .
