我国的治水理念随着治水实践的发展而逐渐发展和完善。当前，我国的可持续发展水利理念逐渐形成，人文精神渗透于水利建设的各个环节之中。依法治水理念逐渐形成，对水的态度也发生了根本性的转变。传统的经济水利理念也在向民生水利理念转变，我国的水利建设正摆脱于经济利益的短见，向关注经济与人和社会的协调发展转变。同时，逐步实现了从破坏、开发到开发、利用和保护水资源的有机结合转变，这些理念对促进水利乃至我国社会经济的可持续发展起着重要作用。
我國的治水理唸隨著治水實踐的髮展而逐漸髮展和完善。噹前，我國的可持續髮展水利理唸逐漸形成，人文精神滲透于水利建設的各箇環節之中。依法治水理唸逐漸形成，對水的態度也髮生瞭根本性的轉變。傳統的經濟水利理唸也在嚮民生水利理唸轉變，我國的水利建設正襬脫于經濟利益的短見，嚮關註經濟與人和社會的協調髮展轉變。同時，逐步實現瞭從破壞、開髮到開髮、利用和保護水資源的有機結閤轉變，這些理唸對促進水利迺至我國社會經濟的可持續髮展起著重要作用。
아국적치수이념수착치수실천적발전이축점발전화완선。당전，아국적가지속발전수리이념축점형성，인문정신삼투우수리건설적각개배절지중。의법치수이념축점형성，대수적태도야발생료근본성적전변。전통적경제수리이념야재향민생수리이념전변，아국적수리건설정파탈우경제이익적단견，향관주경제여인화사회적협조발전전변。동시，축보실현료종파배、개발도개발、이용화보호수자원적유궤결합전변，저사이념대촉진수리내지아국사회경제적가지속발전기착중요작용。
Water management philosophy is enriched and developed constantly according to the practice of water control. Now, it is gradually formed that the philosophies of sustainable development concept of water control. And the philosophies of water control also formed ,which provide institutional guarantee for sustainable development of water. Attitude to the water has changed fundamentally. The transformation that the ideas of water control have happened now. The transformation is important from the China’ s traditional e-conomy water conservancy to the philosophy of people’ s livelihood water conservancy. Such as to solve the people drinking water prob-lems consciously, as well as drinking water, appreciating water and water tours organic combination. Water conservancy construction in China is emerging from economic interests center. The Chinese government now are working on the correct relationships between water conservancy and requisition of land,agriculture,industry and the whole national economy. All the transformation has promoted the sci-entific construction of water conservancy and the realization of China’ s social and economic sustainable development.
