目的：观察耳穴贴压护理对膝关节骨性关节炎全膝关节置换术后疼痛的影响。方法：将70例确诊膝关节骨性关节炎拟首次行单侧全膝关节置换术的患者按照随机数字表分为对照组和研究组各35例，研究组送手术室前贴敷并按压1次，行全膝关节置换术术后回病房时，以及术后每天8：00、14：00、20：00同法按压1次，直至术后第5天；对照组不进行耳穴贴压，2组均预防性使用镇痛药物（镇痛泵），比较2组术后镇痛效果及患者睡眠质量。结果：研究组术后第1天、术后第2天的疼痛NRS评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ p＜0．05）；研究组术后第3天睡眠时间超过6小时患者人数明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（p＜0．05）。结论：耳穴贴压护理能提高全膝关节置换术后的镇痛效果。
목적：관찰이혈첩압호리대슬관절골성관절염전슬관절치환술후동통적영향。방법：장70례학진슬관절골성관절염의수차행단측전슬관절치환술적환자안조수궤수자표분위대조조화연구조각35례，연구조송수술실전첩부병안압1차，행전슬관절치환술술후회병방시，이급술후매천8：00、14：00、20：00동법안압1차，직지술후제5천；대조조불진행이혈첩압，2조균예방성사용진통약물（진통빙），비교2조술후진통효과급환자수면질량。결과：연구조술후제1천、술후제2천적동통NRS평분저우대조조，차이유통계학의의（ p＜0．05）；연구조술후제3천수면시간초과6소시환자인수명현고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（p＜0．05）。결론：이혈첩압호리능제고전슬관절치환술후적진통효과。
Objective:The Research of stress reaction that Auricular pressure nursing to patients after total knee arthroplasty.Meth-ods:The 70 cases of patients diagnosed with osteoarthritis of the knee for the first time proposed unilateral total knee arthroplasty were ran-domly divided in accordance with the control group and 35 cases in each study group, the study group before patching the operating room and press send 1, when total knee arthroplasty surgery back to the ward, and postoperative day 8:00,14:00,20:00 1st pressing with the law until the fifth postoperative day; the control group did not perform auricular pressure, two group were prophylactic use of analgesic drugs ( analgesia) , comparing postoperative analgesia and patient quality of sleep.Result:Study group after the first day, after the first two days of the NRS pain scores than the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( p <0.05);Study Group 3 days after more than six hours of sleep time was significantly higher than the number of patients the control group, the difference was statistically sig-nificant (p <0.05).Conclusion:Auricular acupressure treatments can improve the total knee arthroplasty analgesia.
