目的：探讨局麻下行老年腹股沟疝无张力修补术的方法及临床疗效。方法：总结分析我院自2012年1月～2014年10月期间收治的211例老年腹股沟疝患者，采用局麻下无张力疝修补术的临床资料，观察手术时间、术后下床活动时间、总住院天数、术后并发症等。结果：211例患者均治愈出院，手术时间35～105分钟，平均55分钟；术后下床活动时间2小时～24小时，平均10小时；总住院天数3～7天，平均4．5天。其中3例出现脂肪液化，4例出现皮下瘀血，3例出现阴囊积液，经穿刺抽液后治愈；均无切口感染、复发等并发症发生。结论：局麻下行老年腹股沟疝无张力修补术并发症少，其治疗效果安全可靠，是一种理想的手术方式，值得推广。
目的：探討跼痳下行老年腹股溝疝無張力脩補術的方法及臨床療效。方法：總結分析我院自2012年1月～2014年10月期間收治的211例老年腹股溝疝患者，採用跼痳下無張力疝脩補術的臨床資料，觀察手術時間、術後下床活動時間、總住院天數、術後併髮癥等。結果：211例患者均治愈齣院，手術時間35～105分鐘，平均55分鐘；術後下床活動時間2小時～24小時，平均10小時；總住院天數3～7天，平均4．5天。其中3例齣現脂肪液化，4例齣現皮下瘀血，3例齣現陰囊積液，經穿刺抽液後治愈；均無切口感染、複髮等併髮癥髮生。結論：跼痳下行老年腹股溝疝無張力脩補術併髮癥少，其治療效果安全可靠，是一種理想的手術方式，值得推廣。
목적：탐토국마하행노년복고구산무장력수보술적방법급림상료효。방법：총결분석아원자2012년1월～2014년10월기간수치적211례노년복고구산환자，채용국마하무장력산수보술적림상자료，관찰수술시간、술후하상활동시간、총주원천수、술후병발증등。결과：211례환자균치유출원，수술시간35～105분종，평균55분종；술후하상활동시간2소시～24소시，평균10소시；총주원천수3～7천，평균4．5천。기중3례출현지방액화，4례출현피하어혈，3례출현음낭적액，경천자추액후치유；균무절구감염、복발등병발증발생。결론：국마하행노년복고구산무장력수보술병발증소，기치료효과안전가고，시일충이상적수술방식，치득추엄。
Objective:To evaluate the advanta-ges and clinical effects in the tension-free inguinal hernia repair under local anesthesia.Methods:A retrospective study were conducted to analyze the clinical data of the patients who underwent tension-free hernia repair in our hospital from January 2012 to October 2014.A total of 211 senile patients with hernia repair.The time of operation, out-of-bed activity, hospital stay time and complications were ob-served.Results:All the cases had positive results.The operation time were 35 to 105 minutes with a mean of 55 minutes,out-of-bed activity time were 2 to 24 hours,with a mean of 10 hours,and hospital stay were 3 to 7 days with a mean of 4.5days.All cases cases signifi-cantly recovered without complications but 3 case had liquefaction of fat , 4cases had hypodermic hematoma ,3 cases had subcutaneous fluid and recovered after application of puncture.No complication of infection ,no recurrence case.Conclusions:The repair of senile in-guinal hernia under local anesthesia was safe and reliable, this operation mode is worthy of popularization.
