To protect against outburst of coal and gas in mines and to guarantee the safe production, Hongyuan Mine adopts an integrated exploration method, including two-geophysical-prospecting, one-long-prospecting, one-short-prospecting and one-comparison. The thickness of coal interlayer of floor rock was effectively controlled and the operating requirement of main roadways' slope was ensured, which showed better effects in practice.
